SYNOPSIS

The stage is set in Mamkestelle, a city that widely uses Radiant Sand, or its crystallized form - Radiant Crystal - as a power source. Girls who use Radiant Sand or Radiant Crystal to invoke magic with spells and melodies are called "Witches", and by performing songs and exterminating magical beasts, they have earned the admiration of the people.

An academy founded by the Witch of Dawn, where witch apprentices gather - Flora All-Girls Academy.

A girl who dreams of becoming a proper witch, Tiara, knocks on the gates of the academy.
